During my recent visit to Staubbach for a gourmet getaway, I had the pleasure of indulging in the culinary delights at the hotel's restaurant. As an outdoor adventure blogger with a penchant for the finer things in life, I found the restaurant's focus on culinary innovation truly impressive. What stood out to me was their use of Alpkäse, a cheese made exclusively on the alp. the restaurant's ambiance was equally delightful, offering a cozy yet elegant setting where I could unwind after a day of hiking and exploring the Swiss Alps. I appreciated the availability of vegan options, reminiscent of the vegan milks and yogurts I had explored at Coop supermarkets in Switzerland. This attention to dietary diversity further showcased the hotel's commitment to catering to a range of tastes and preferences. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler seeking a blend of gastronomic adventure and Alpine charm.
